Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, only unused and unopened items are eligible for return.

 

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

 

  • The item is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The product has not been opened, tasted, or tampered with
  • You can provide the order number or proof of purchase

Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened honey jars
  • Opened talbina packages
  • Opened or unsealed shilajit containers
  • Any product that has been used, damaged, or not in its original condition

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for:

 

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged item upon arrival
  • Manufacturing or sealing defects

We cannot exchange products that have been opened after delivery.

3. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

 

  • Photo or video proof of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem

We will replace the item at no additional cost once verified.
