Order Processing
Order processing begins once your order is confirmed. Timely delivery depends on:
- Product availability
- Successful order confirmation via call/SMS
Sale & Peak Season Notice
During sales, promotions, or seasonal events, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Order Cancellation
For cancellation of prepaid orders, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
In-Process Orders
Once the order is marked as “In Process,” it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
